You can return or exchange any set within 30 days of receipt — no questions asked, whether the size doesn't fit or you simply don't love it. We're here to make sure you always feel confident shopping with us.

Important details

You have 30 days from receiving your parcel to return or exchange.
We accept one request per order.
We allow one exchange per order (for size). If the exchanged item also doesn't fit, we'll issue a refund once it's returned, and you're welcome to place a new order in the correct size.
Please read all the details regarding returns of gifts in our Terms of Service.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Before returning, please carefully check the lingerie for any marks.
If returned items show signs of wear or use, or are not fit for resale, we reserve the right to reject the return, and no refund or exchange will be issued. More in our Terms of Service.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
The return and processing takes approximately 14 days from when we receive the parcel.
Once a request is completed, we cannot accept further complaints.
